About the Author - Jeremy Ungar

Jeremy Ungar is a member of the Australian Business Economists, with a passion for making complex concepts accessible to all. He holds a Master's Degree in Business Economics, with a specialization in Microeconomics, Game Theory, and International Trade Economics. His extensive knowledge and expertise in these fields have shaped his unique perspective on the intricate workings of economic systems.

During his academic journey, Jeremy developed a keen interest in game theory and its applications to real-world scenarios. Motivated by his fascination with trade dynamics and strategic decision-making, he created a game theory game centered around trade.

Driven by a desire to share his insights and promote economic literacy, inspired by the birth of his son, on paternity leave, Jeremy embarked on a mission to simplify complex microeconomic concepts. He recognised the importance of introducing these ideas from a young age, believing that a solid foundation in economics can empower individuals to make informed decisions in their personal and professional lives.

 

Through his engaging teaching style and accessible explanations, Jeremy aims to inspire learners of all ages to delve into the fascinating world of economics.

Kindienomics is a term coined by Jeremy to describe the integration of economic principles into early childhood education. Jeremy firmly believes that introducing basic economic concepts at an early stage can foster essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and empathy. By combining economic concepts with storytelling and interactive activities, Kindienomics provides a holistic approach to education, nurturing young minds to become economically literate and socially responsible individuals.
